Our Solution
We built a secure portal and lab integration layer that allows plumbers to register and track samples, while enabling accredited labs to securely submit and retrieve results using protected API keys. The system automatically evaluates test results, generates outcomes and recommendations, and produces a PDF Water Quality Certificate that is distributed via email and available for download through the portal. To ensure transparency and seamless integration, it also supports data retrieval through APIs, and maintains continuous operational monitoring with a dedicated heartbeat endpoint.
